Claud is a socially engaged artist creating playful work with and alongside communities.

Her practice is rooted in connection, creating spaces where conversations, creativity, and community can grow in unexpected ways. Working collaboratively, she develops projects shaped by the people involved, responding to everyday experiences and the character of a place.

​

Her work spans performance, events, installations, and participatory projects, often blurring the lines between art and life. From theatrical bus tours to sunflower growing, storytelling, and spontaneous acts of joy, her projects invite people to take part, reflect, and see the familiar differently.

Claudia has spent several years working in and alongside the Knowle West community, building long-term relationships through projects such as Knowle West Beaches, GRAPE-O-GRAM and NOEL WEST.

 

Her approach is dynamic, inclusive, and responsive with an emphasis on co-creation, care, and shared ownership.

Alongside her artistic practice, she works in roles across museums and heritage, supporting public engagement and access to culture through welcoming, people-centred approaches.

At the heart of her work is a simple idea: that creativity belongs to everyone, and that small moments — when shared — can become something powerful.
